How it Works

• Navigate to the Contact and Appointment link, and fill out the appointment request form.
• After I receive your appointment request, if you’ve requested an online session, I’ll respond via email or text with a link to a booking site where you can immediately see all of my availability. You will be able to pick whichever time works best for you that you can see is available. I’ll also send you the payment details so that you can prepay for your session and confirm the details of the session. For in-person sessions, we’ll agree on a mutually convenient time and place. Then I’ll send the payment information so you can confirm the details of the session.
• The client then provides payment in accordance with the policies outlined in the Policies and Payments page.
• For online sessions, I’ll send a custom Zoom link prior to the session. Students are encouraged to record the sessions for later reference. For students who are minors, parents are encouraged to sit in on the lesson if they so choose.
• Once you have gone through the process of filling out the booking request form, you won’t need to fill it out again in the future. If you’d like to book an online session in the future, you can just use the same booking link that was sent originally. If you’d like to book an in person session in the future, you can message me using the phone number or email that we would have corresponded through originally.
